One of the things I have enjoyed most about my role at WOLF is how my journey started in support and community, which gave me a direct understanding of our users, how they behave, what they value, and where their pain points are. Moving from that into Product Management has helped me stay very user-led in my approach, because I can relate closely to how people actually use our app day to day. It has been really rewarding to grow within the company and use that experience to help shape features and improvements that are not only good for the business, but genuinely better for our community as well.

"My past experience is mostly web based, so working across both mobile and web has some interesting challenges to overcome - and I do enjoy a challenge. Working with incredibly knowledgeable people has allowed me to improve and expand my technical and testing skills. One thing that really sparks joy is helping to mentor and teach people and seeing them learn and grow, and its great to work somewhere that allows and encourages this. I really enjoy working with passionate and engaged people, and there is no shortage of folks like that here!"

I’ve been able to take on more responsibility over time and have a real say in how things are delivered. The role’s pushed me to improve how I work with teams and handle challenges across multiple squads. What I’ve valued most is the level of trust and ownership, and the chance to contribute beyond just delivery, particularly in improving ways of working. It’s been a great place to develop and take on broader responsibility.

What I truly enjoy most about my role at WOLF is the opportunity to collaborate cross-departmentally and to work on research workshops. It’s been an amazing experience to bring different teams together, and I’ve learned so much in the process. I really appreciate the trust that’s been placed in me, especially with my previous job experience, whether it’s sharing ideas or taking on new responsibilities. The challenges here have pushed me to grow, and I’ve felt constant support from the team. A proud moment for me was managing the store uplifts project from the start. In a short time, I led workshops and worked on competitor analysis. It’s rewarding to see my work come to life and know that it has an impact.
